Sexuality Retreats

Pleasure and relationships for every body

Our sexuality retreats provide a safe space for couples and individuals to invest in relationships, build intimacy and communication skills.

Our first retreat is based at our world-first resort for people with spinal cord injury, Sargood on Collaroy, and is titled “Sex and Intimacy Couples Retreat” course. This course is designed for people with SCI who are in a relationship to attend as a couple. It aims to help people become more self-aware, more open hearted and authentic in exploring issues of communication, desire, intimacy, and pleasure.

Our retreats

The four-night couples retreat offers introductory level knowledge for how to talk about sexuality and fantasy. Please note that all sessions are conducted in a counselling and educative capacity, involving no touch and with clothes on.

It will introduce modern sexuality concepts and skills regarding breath and energy, touch, and communication.

The course includes:

  • Private couples’ session with a psychosexual therapist during the retreat
  • Workshop materials and gift bag
  • Daily Lunch (3 days)
  • Massage workshop
  • Follow up session with psychosexual therapist via telehealth 6 weeks after the retreat.
