Attention Visitors and Clients

Royal Rehab continues to monitor developments, take precautionary measures and strictly follow the guidelines of relevant authorities including the NSW Ministry of Health with regard to COVID-19. The health and wellbeing of our clients, staff members and the wider community is our top priority.
Visitor restrictions
Please do not visit our facilities if: you feel unwell in any way, have travelled internationally in the last 14 days, have a member of the family who has travelled internationally in the last 14 days and you assist them with daily tasks, or you have had contact with anyone with a confirmed or suspected case of COVID-19. We have one-visitor-only arrangements in place. This means you must limit the number of visitors to one person. Additionally, no children can visit the facility.

Visiting hours are strictly limited to:
  • Monday to Friday between 5.00pm and 7.00pm.
  • Weekends between 12 noon to 2.00pm, and 5.00pm and 7.00pm.

Changes to some services
To maximize safety for all during this period, some of our services are temporarily suspended or replaced with telehealth (digital alternatives to face-to-face sessions). Please feel free to contact us if we can be of any assistance.

Venue and sports court hire
Our meeting rooms, tennis and basketball courts are temporarily unavailable for hire.
